These were so good I gave a bunch as christmas gifts! They were really hard to cut. They tasted really great.

Take 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, 3/4 cup butter or margarine, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup flour and mix & match your recipe from these options...

	Nutter Butter Cookies	chopped Planters Cocktail Peanuts
	Nilla Wafers	chopped Planters Almonds
	Chips Ahoy! Cookies	chopped Planters Pecans
	Oreo Cookies	raisins

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour until blended.

STIR in 1 cup each chopped cookies and stir-ins; spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with additional 1 cup chopped cookies.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center come out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

I made these brownies with the crushed nilla wafers in them and they had good flavor but were not moist. If I made them again I was thinking of using chips ahoy instead of nilla wafers and adding some vegtable oil? to make them more moist.

Yummy,I'm sure. Because of the amount of calories and fat per serving, I probably will not make this treat.

this is a wonderful easy way to dress up brownies. I use the one bowl cake brownie method. So far I have used Oreo cookies, peanutbutter Oreo cookies, and i have also used mint wafers adding a quarter teaspoon mint extract. For an extra fancy and extra sweet treat, I have also iced the brownies with creamcheese frosting, adding some of the chopped or crushed cookies to the frosting. My co-workers love them and I am asked to make the brownies for them to take home.
