I used western dressing instead of catalina as it was what i had on hand. It turned out great! I made hash out of the leftovers. I will make this again!

Not one of my favorite recipes. The photo on this recipe cannot be correct. My potatoes were orange from the Catalina dressing. It took much longer to cook too since the temperature was set to low.

I have been using Cataleena dressing on boneless chicken breast on the grill for 25 years and we love it. I usualy use the reduced fat type to try to save cal. Sounds good on pot roast. Need to try this one.

Made this recipe for a dinner party of 10. Everyone loved it! Not only did it taste amazing, it makes the whole house smell wonderful. Very tender and the meat just fell off the bone. I was a bit skeptical about the Catalina dressing, but it really gave the meat an amazing flavor. This one is definitely a keeper.

This is a week night go-to for the fall season. I use Sweet Honey Catalina dressing. The left overs are amazing to bring to work the next day, with a dollop of sour cream.

I have made this several times for guests and it is a hit every time. I like a leaner cut, so I use shoulder. Don't use the lowfat catatlina...use the regular kind. This is delicious.
