The flavor is awesome. My husband says this a "keeper". The next time I make it, I won't brown it in the dressing, since the dressing burns so easily, I will use a little oil instead. The veggies were soooo good and the gravy out of this world.

I used the light version of the dressing and kicked it up with some garlic. My husband and I thought it was awesome. Made it for a third time today!

So Easy, I love "one pot leave it and forget it" cooking. I only had a rasberry vinagrette dressing on hand to use and it turned out wonderfully too!

Great recipe! The best pot roast I have ever tasted. The leftovers were great too! I took it to work for my lunch and the smell of it reheating in the microwave drew a crowd!

This was fantastic. The whole family loved it. And my kids are fussy and hard to please. I'm a big fan of catalina dressing, so I knew I would love this, but was glad that everyone did. Great recipe. So good for a cold winter Sunday dinner! And you can serve this with a salad using catalina dressing so that the flavor blends.

Very easy & tender!!! It didn't take the full 2 hours for me & the clean up was easier than I expected :) I was VERY weary of the dressing as a base, but it was so flavorful, I was shocked...can't wait to try it again!!!
