My first ever pot roast, and it was delicious! My only words of caution are that the veggies will soak up the flavor of the dressing, and may not be the taste you want. Also, watch the temperature when browning the meat. The dressing has a lot of sugar in it which can burn in the pot very easy. I would add a little extra beef broth to give it a "gravy". Yum!

This was such a surprisingly delicious pot roast and so easy to prepare. I cooked it for my boyfriend and he LOVED it. The meat turned out tender and full of flavor. It's definitely one of my new favorite recipes. We ate with rice and it was a nice, hearty dinner.

Great flavor, I didnt know how the dressing would combine, or if it would over power the taste, instead it gave a subtle sweet taste.

We enjoyed this dinner so much I'm making it again tonight. A side salad and some crusty bread complete this perfect meal. It's great to have found a new pot roast recipe that's so easy and enjoyed by the whole family.

I have another roast recipe that my family loves, which is a coffee roast. This is equally as good and I have made it 3 times in a month and 1/2!
