I use this recipe everytime I make roast. It is certainly a nice change from the typical brown or mushroom gravy with roast. My family loves it and I will continue to make it for years to come.

One of the easiest and best tasting roasts ever!

Made it yesterday for dinner. DH and I loved it. The aroma while it cooked was wonderful. And the sauce made by the dressing made the veggies so tasty I even ate the carrots - I usually avoid carrots! A definite keeper. Next time the meat is on sale again, that is.

This is a great twist on the normal pot roast.

We've made this recipe 3 times. We use a slow cooker and we just don't have to worry about it. The meat always comes out perfect and there isn't a lot of work to it!

I made this recipe when it first came out in the magagzine a couple of years ago. It was great then and it is great now. My husband wasn't sure about the dressing but when he tasted it, he said he would never ever question it again! The dressing really enhances all the flavors, especially the potatoes.

I used new potatoes in this recipe and it was fantastic! I admit I wasn't too sure about the dressing, but it was so good!

Very easy and very good! I used venison instead of beef and it worked out perfect!
