This was my first pot roast recipe and it came out so delicious__I was shocked! My husband absolutely loves this dinner. It's now a Sunday favorite!

Tasty and tender. Make sure you use a wide pot or dutch oven or you will have to add more water and that will take away some flavor and you won't be able to make the gravy.

My husband really really liked this recipe.My kids were not to sure until they tried it . I wasn't sure about the dressing,but it just goes to show you that you don't know how something is going to taste just because you don't think it's going to be good or you don't lkie it by it's self.

We loved this recipe. We found that adding some oil to the dressing to brown the roast helped keep it moist. The dressing gives the veggies great flavor. My 9 month old loves the potatoes!

I still don't get the "brown it in the salad dressing". It didn't really brown. Taste is very good. Works well in pressure cooker too. Took about 45 minutes.
