A healthy meat and veggie recipe all in one pot. To me this is my favorite way to eat my veggies. Weight Watcher's point value would be nice. I've made recipes much like this.

I prepared this roast in the crock pot and increased the dressing by a 1/3 cup and it turned out great! Really easy and great to have a hot cooked meal after a long day.

I made this recipe for the first time the other night. I am trying to stay low carb so i switched the potatoes out for cauliflower. the vegetables all turned red from the dressing (not an appealing look)but it was a very tasty recipe and we will be having again.

Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours or until fork tender.
