This is the only way to make a pot roast! It has lots of flavor and the meat is tender.

I like catalina dressing but not for this dish. I felt this dish had an old-fashioned flavor, not to mention that my potatoes turned bright orange. While it wasn't a disaster, I won't make pot roast this way again.

SO EASY! This was so tasty and I liked the dressing as the flavoring, it gave it a new spin on the old pot roast! YUM!

I've never cared for pot roast simply because it's always dry however I had a potroast in the freezer and used this recipe and it has changed my mind about pot roast. This recipe made the roast tender and moist. There is nothing I would change about this recipe. It's awesome.

Today was the second time I made this roast and my husband and I were so pleased...again! The meat was so moist and tender and not to mention the flavor....the vegetables were perfect...not too soft even if they did cook for over 2 hours! I can't wait to make it again!
