The best PB cookies I've every had! I made this recipe twice now. I only put chocolate on one side - that was plenty. Huuuuge hit with everyone in the family. My husband loves these especiallly because they are soft when and not crunchy like most PB cookies made with flour. It is crazy to me that you can make cookies without flour, but it worked!

I can't believe these are just PB, sugar, & egg! I had to use crunchy PB & still came out great. Very light & satisfying cookie. Given that it is so easy to make & I usually have the ingredients on hand, I will probably make these again for a quick sweet treat.

Everyone loved these so much that I had to bake more!!! So so so easy and delicious ! Just make sure you chill them long enough and don't over bake. All ovens are different, mine took less than 10mins. You really only need to put chocolate on one side, it's plenty. You can melt chocolate chips instead of squares and use sprinkles instead of nuts. It's hard to believe you can make cookies without any flour! The best peanut butter cookie I ever tasted!!!

I made these without the chocolate and nuts and they still tasted great! I also made 2 batches, one with creamy peanut butter and one with extra crunchy, and they were gone in a day. :)

cookies were very crispy, chocolate was difficult to keep thin enough to dip

Very good cookie. I am actually not very fond of peanut butter cookies, but these were GOOD. Beautiful for a cookie platter. Everyone loved them.
