The casserole tasted good, but I used whole wheat tortillas that turned gummy.

i liked this and so did my family but i agree it needs a little more kick and i'd like to try flour tortillas next time. the corn was a little mushy and mealy for our taste.

Very yummy and easy! I used ground turkey and a can of 'corn with diced green and red pepppers'. Added a small can of diced jalapenos for extra spice.

Simple, easy to prepare dish. Very flavorful. Medium salsa gives it just the right amount of kick.

This was so easy. I don't eat meat, so I used 2 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed. I also added nearly a full packet of Taco Bell taco seasoning and used Hot Rotel instead of regular diced tomatoes. I used crunchy corn tortillas (taco shells). I wasn't sure which to use, but from prior reviews, I made these adjustments and it's fabulous!

This was good. I did have to make a few changes because that is what I had in the house. I used black beans instead of corn and used mozzorela cheese instead of cheddar. I told a friend about it and she wanted the recipe.
