Thank you for this recipe. It was easy to make and tasted delicious! The peppers really added a nice flavor and color too. I used medium salsa instead of mild for more kick. I will make this again.

My family really liked this dish including my husband who normally doesn't care for any of the new recipes I try. This was great!

I wasn't that crazy about it but the kids gobbled it up!!! I will definately make again!! I think it might be better with tortilla chips however!!

This was soooo good, I have a family of 5 and everyone loved it. It made more that what was said. I made this for my parents, grandparents and family and there was still leftovers for work in the morning. I also ate with sour cream...it tasted just right!

My whole family gave this recipe a definite thumbs-up. I told the ladies at work about this recipe and even gave someone a bite of my left overs that I had brought for lunch. Several asked for the recipe. I did alter the recipe just a little bit. I used alot more cheese than the recipe called for. I also used less peppers because my family are definitely not pepper lovers. The salsa I used was mid to very warm so it gave the recipe a little more kick. mm-mm. Next time I might even add black beans to the mix. Very good and very easy recipe!!

I'm a relatively picky eater, so I am almost always the one to cook to make sure there's nothing in a recipe I won't like. I'm also very cautious about keeping meals as healthy as possible. For this recipe I used 92% lean ground beef and a reduced carb tortilla, in addition to the reduced fat cheese. I also added about 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to give it more of a kick. The medium salsa just wasn't enough! I really enjoyed this recipe; It was easy to prep up and once the meat mixture was done, the layering of the dish was only a matter of a minute or 2. It tasted really good. My boyfriend loved it and was psyched about the leftovers for work and snacks. It's a good, hearty meal that doesn't make you feel like a beached whale after eating it due to the fact that it's loaded up with veggies. Next time I will probably add diced jalapeños in with the red and green peppers. On a final note, if you use a Pyrex dish (like i did), you might want to encase the dish with the tin
