I thought this was great! Very simple to make and very tasty! The leftovers were good too - I'd make it again.

We enjoyed this meal but it's kind of bland even though I used hot salsa and diced tomatoes with chiles. Next time I will add taco seasoning, garlic, and onion. It was a hit with the kids so I will definitely make it again.

My family are big meat eaters and so I used 2 lbs of ground beef instead of one. I also gave it some zip by adding a package of dry taco seasoning and it was a huge hit. We used home frozen corn and I could not find fresh corn tortillas in our market so I used tostado shells. Could not see any difference. I can't wait to make it again.

This was made for "company" and they loved it. At least 2 other ladies have asked for the recipe. It really needs hot salsa to give it zip!

My family, which consist of 2 adults & 4 children, loved this recipe. My 13 year boyscout also thought it would be a good recipe to make on one of their campouts. Of course it would have to be prepared ahead of time and then cooked on the home made dutch oven.

I fed this casserole to 4 different adults and they all loved it, although my toddler did not like it (she doesn't like anything with lots of ingredients). I liked using both kinds of peppers. I will make this regularly!

It doesn't really need both kinds of bell peppers. I also added a small can of chopped jalepenos. It's like 79 cents a can, and can really spice up a dish. If you use fresh tomatos, it cuts down a lot on the sodium.
