This was an awesome dish! It's healthy and has a bit of a kick! I also added some onion as we love onions! Very easy too!

My entire family loved this recipe, including my two year old and my husband who can be a picky eater. the second time I made it, I substituted ground turkey breast for half of the ground beef and it was just as good. I love that it can be made ahead (although its pretty easy to prepare) and it tastes even better the next day!

My husband loved this recipe. For something different next time, I might try green chilis with diced tomatoes. This was easy and very tasty.

Good basic recipe...I did added chopped onion and chopped garlic to the beef as well as a little taco seasoning for some added zip. The family all enjoyed it and we will make it again.

My husband and I really liked this one. It was so simple to make. Since we like onion, we added some chopped onions to the mix. To top it off, we garnished with sour cream and jalapenos.

I didn't have a big enough pan, so it was a little dry, but my b-friend is a paramedic and I took it to the fire station and all the guys liked it, all went back for seconds, so it must have been okay
