This dinner makes a nice presentation and the peppers taste well in it but it needed more crunch and more spice. The tortillas got mushy. It was an easy recipe but I like my taco salad I make better.

Delicious! I used flour tortillas and b/c I'm vegetarian, I used Boca Ground Burger. My family loved it and it was wonderful reheated the next day. A great recipe.

I thought it was ok. I think it needs more cheese and I probably would have liked flour tortillas better than corn. For the most part, it wasn't bad at all and I would make it again.

This was really good! We split it into two pans and froze one for later.

I made this for tailgating. It was a huge hit. I did add chopped onions about 1 med to the hamburger as it browned. Also spiced it up with Chilli peppers and hot sauce. YUMMY

This recipe was GREAT! Tons of flavor, pretty colors, and very impressive! We couldn't find the Taco Bell chunky salsa so we used another chunky salsa - a medium hotness which was perfect (for us anyway). We also added a dollup of sour cream on top of our individual servings which was a great addition!!! We also left out the corn. It made a lot more than 6 servings!

Good and simple. I might add some black beans next time!

This was disappointing - The flour tortillas become very mushy - maybe they're supposed to be, but none of us cared for that texture; won't make this again.

I used 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed, instead of the ground beef. I cooked the chicken and peppers and added a small onion and garlic. Will definately make this again!

This recipe was great with a few "low-carb" changes! I added onion when I browned the beef, and instead of corn, used a can of black beans. I also used low-carb tortillas and lots of cheese. It turned out great and my husband loved it! Even if you're not doing it low-carb, add the onion, it's just not the same without it!
