I substituted the beef with southwestern style chicken and it was a great hit. I will try it with the beef next.

We liked the taste of this recipe however, we didn't like the tortillas because they became too soggy. Next time, I might try using either hard taco shells or tortilla chips. We spooned sour cream on it after it was served which was really good!

This recipe was good. We added sourcream on top before eating and it was delicious.

This is a recipe that I will make again and again. The next time I make it I will add another can of diced tomatoes. It was a little dry, but that did not stop us from devouring it! It's very easy to put together and the ingredients listed are in the pantry!
