Huge hit! Everyone loved it. And all the leftovers got eaten up.

I layered it like Lasagna.Added ingredients as others mentioned:chopped onions, black olives, Taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies. Also, I used 1/2 pound of extra meat and used extra cheese(Mexican Blend.)I used Mexi - Corn instead of frozen corn. Great!!!Everyone loved it.Just add what you like.

Something new to do with ground meat

I love this recipe! It was delicious and easy. Instead of using tomatoes, I used a little more salsa. Also, next time, I plan to use tortillas as the crust too for a better balance.

I used flour tortillas because I already had them on hand. They became very soggy and doughy. The flavor of the dish was great. Next time I will make without the tortillas.

I made a few changes and my daughter loved it. I added onions along with the peppers, green chilis & a can of FF cream of chicken soup, use a small can of tomato sauce instead of diced tom. I cut up the corn tortillas and mixed in instead of layering. My daughter works in group home for developmentally disabled adults and she is going to make it for them.

This recipe was excellent. I added onions and taco powder to the meat to give it a little more flavor. I served it with sour cream and black olives on the side. This recipe was a BIG hit and will definitely be made on a regular basis!

It was great! Even my co-workers' mouths were watering over my leftovers the next day! I added all of the suggestions from other people and it was wonderful.

Excellent! I did add 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning to the hamburg. Had it for supper the first night, and the second night it was just as good!

Excellent recipe...Just so happens it was it my email and I already planned to make it for dinner. Very easy and a big hit with everyone. I make it probably twice a month.
