This was a wonderful and easy meal to make. Although, it could use a few improvements as in the addition of some garlic and onion powder. Regardless, this was very tasty and I plan on making it again.

Very easy and very tasty meal. I also sprayed the pan with pam and put the tortillas as a bottom layer. It is a delicious meal enjoyed by the whole family, definately serve with a side of sour cream. Will make again..

Absolutely love this recipe! The only thing I add to it is a little sour cream on the side of my plate.

Just OK. Added a large onion, diced, and lots of taco seasoning, but it was still not nearly spicy enough.Unappetizingly messy-looking. Won't make again. :(

Terrific recipe. I added chopped red onion and taco seasoning with a few dashes of green hot sauce.By accident I sprayed the casserole dish with pam and layered the corn tortillas on the bottom minus the meat mixture, tortillas crisped just slightly and everyone thought it was better then previously.

My family loved this dish. I added onions when I browned the meat with the peppers. I also added a package of taco seasoning mix, black beans, and olives to the meat mixture. Everyone had seconds. I will be making this again. Yummy!

Great recipe and super easy. I used 99% fat free ground turkey.

Very good! I was afraid all the tomatoes would be overwhelming but it was great. I do not like corn tortillas so I only used 9 and added a can of mushrooms. It was a big hit with us. Will be making this one again!!
