I would add a little spice to this recipe. I think it needed a little more of a flare...otherwise it was really good. Even my husband liked it & he is a definite steak & potatoe's guy.

I'll definitely make this again. Anything my kids say is good is a "do-over". I may sneak in some black olives in next time.

i make this recipe but instead of corn, i use a drained can of kidney beans and we like sour cream and avacado slices as an extra topping put on just before eating.

I doubled the meat, salsa and tomatoes. I also left out the corn, but, added 1 medium onion , chopped. My husband loved it so much that he ate it for lunch for three days. It is a good thing I doubled the recipe. Now, when he wants tacos, I will make this instead. Much easier too. Just serve a salad with it.

Not one of my favorites. The tortillas are a little too mushy and it could use a lot more cheese.

It was ok alone but my husband thought it would be good with chips, and he was right. I had the leftovers as a dip. Next time I will serve it with fritos or tortilla chips.

This was so easy to make. My ten year old son helped me make this. We loved it and he wants it again soon. Husband also approved. Of course my picky 12 year old wouldn't even touch it, he doesn't know what he is missing.

My husband and I loved this! We added Cayenne Pepper to the ground beef to give it a kick and then we added jalapeños and beans to the mixture.

Family thought it was okay but didn't really want me to make it again.

Yummy! I used only 6 whole wheat tortilla shells b/c my pan was smaller, but it worked. I also used black-eyed peas b/c I didn't have corn. That worked too!
