I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. My husband ate 3 servings:) I used black beans instead of the tomatoes since there was already tomatoes in the salsa. I also added garlic and onions to the ground beef. I used one of the layers of tortillas on the bottom so it was more like a sandwich. Yummy!!!!! Since I put all the ingredients in already hot it didn't take as long to bake.

Excellent dish -- I added onions and extra spices for some kick. I didn't use all the tortillas the recipe suggests, it just seemed like too much. Overall very happy with this dish and I will make it again soon!
