I sometimes substitute flour tortillas for the tortilla chips. It makes what I like to call Mexican Lasagna.

I really liked this recipe. I listened to the suggestion and added taco seasoning. I did this right after I browned the meat and peppers and drained them. It turned out great!! Perfect seasoning. This is going to become a regular in my house.

I liked it but too many veggies for my kids to eat.

Simply put, this is one of those recipes that is good for you AND it tastes really great! Our kids, 4 and 2, gobbled it up! They didn't even catch the green and red pepper. I felt good serving a healthy meal - but I will admit that I used more cheese than the recipe called for (2 cups). Simple, quick, healthy, and delicious - everything us moms are looking for in a recipe! :)

It was very easy and quick. I am a junior in college and for me I want something fairly quick and easy to make. It tastes great and I think families would enjoy this recipe as well.

This was okay. My husband didn't like it-he said he didn't like that the tortillas were mushy. My 2-year-old ate most of it, though. I probably won't make it again since my husband really doesn't like it.
