Very easy to make.My Hubby liked it and said to put this on his "A" list, too me it needs to be spiced up a little bit more.

Quick and easy. I added taco seasoning to the meat, which added good flavor. However, I accidentally grabbed flour tortillas at the store, which I would not recommend. They were very soft and soggy. I would try crushed tortillas at the end instead.

I added onion and garlic to the browning meat and peppers, as well as a few seasonings. I also think it would be great with chicken. We liked it very much.

This dish was easy to make but had zero flavor. Would not make again.

It was okay as far as recipes go. I would probably add a few jalepeno's to it. It had a small sweet taste to it.

So Easy and very good. I used a really spicy salsa and then served it with sour cream.

Easy to make and great for leftovers. I prefer more stuffing, so I will use more beef next time, as well as adding some onions and jalapenos.

I added onions but I still thought it was a little bland. The corn tortillas were not very good heated up the next day. I might add jalapenos and black beans next time and a little spice. Also probably substitute mexican cheese for the cheddar. Very filling though.
