Very easy, great for first time cookers like myself. I added a packet of cheesy taco seasoning and a can of diced green chiles to give it a little more flavor. Everyone loved it!

The recipe was great. My husband couldn't stop raving and wanted to make sure it was added to the dinner rotation. I changed the recipe a little, I used seasoned ground turkey breast and whole wheat tortillas in place of the corn tortillas and ground beef. I made it the night before and through it in the oven, it cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Feeding 2 picky boys and a husband can often be a challenge. They loved this recipe. Often they leave the table and are back 20 minutes later still hungry... not this time!

I use frozen chuck wagon corn to save time. It contains the red and green peppers.

We really enjoyed this recipe. It was so easy to make. I used canned corn instead of frozen but it turned out really well.

I've made this twice- once with yellow corn tortillas, a second time with blue corn. Either way, my family enjoyed this a lot! Lots of flavor!
