My husband and I liked this recipe and will definitely have it again. I had expected it to be a little spicy and was a bit disappointed that it wasn't. I added half of a large onion (sautéed) to the meat mixture and in the future, I will also add a packet of taco seasoning, just for a kick. Other than the expectation of spice, it was a good recipe and I recommend it to everyone! :) Enjoy.

I have made this several times for both family and friends and everyone loves it! One change I make is to use diced tomatoes with jalapenos...it adds a little more spice to the dish. Plus I prefer flour tortillas to corn. Yummy!

I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was fabulous! Adults and children all loved it :)

Good taste, and not too heavy. Perfect for a light dinner with salad.

Excellent recipe I added cilantro and cumin. I also think you could serve this with tortilla chips( without the corn tortillas) and it would be a great dip! I also made it and rolled it inside the corn tortillas and topped with the extra beef mixture and piquante sauce, delicous however you make it!

This was fantastic. My husband and young children enjoyed this very much. I didn't have salsa and used picante sauce instead, but it was delicious.
