FANTASTIC! Very easy and delicious the whole family enjoyed it. I used onions instead of tomatoes and used a dash of sour cream when serving.

This is an extremely tasty dish that takes very little time to prepare. For a little more zip, I added a tablespoon of chopped cilantro and green onions to the beef and pepper and on top after the casserole came out of the oven.

I followed the recipe, except that I cooked a red onion chopped in with the peppers. I also added a little more cheese on the top. It was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to make it again!

My husband made this recipe for dinner last night and we loved it. We added black beans and may try chicken next time. Great recipe!

The overall recipe tasted good except the corn tortillas became soggy fast.

This is an excellent casserole. I added a can of black beans along with the rest of ingredients and it turned out wonderfully. My family is already asking when we will have again. Thanks!

We love this dish. And it's so easy to make. Except I use flour tortillas as we don't care for corn tortillas. It adds a different demension to the casserole. My husband would love it if I made this at least once a week.

My family really enjoyed this. It would easily serve more than 6 people. My daughter would add more cheese. This is a definite make again.
