What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans), thawed, drained

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until melted. Stir in flour until blended. Add broth and vegetables; stir. Simmer 5 min.

POUR into 10-inch deep-dish pie plate; cover with pie crust. Seal and flute edge. Cut slits in crust to permit steam to escape.

BAKE 30 min. or until golden brown.

If you don't have a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate, you can prepare this recipe in a 2-qt. round casserole instead.

I love this recipe! I've made it twice now, and both times could not stop eating it! I changed it up a little, I add the frozen veggies but also a can of drained succotash (corn and limas) and sweet carrots. It doesn't change the taste that much, but makes it extra hearty!

Everyone loved it! I omitted peas by using frozen green beans, frozen carrots and canned corn in stead.

My husband especially loves this recipe. It's very easy to make and you can make it ahead and freeze it and it's still great. Leftovers are also good.

Absolutely disgusting! The cream cheese gave it a gross flavor. No one in my family of 5 would or could eat more than 5 bites. Do yourself a favor & skip this one.I wanted to give this recipe 0 stars but the rating system wouldn't let me.
