Deep-Dish Chicken Pot Pie

What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans), thawed, drained

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until melted. Stir in flour until blended. Add broth and vegetables; stir. Simmer 5 min.

POUR into 10-inch deep-dish pie plate; cover with pie crust. Seal and flute edge. Cut slits in crust to permit steam to escape.

BAKE 30 min. or until golden brown.

If you don't have a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate, you can prepare this recipe in a 2-qt. round casserole instead.

This recipe was amazing! I don't normally like low-cal pot pie recipes, but the cream cheese and dressing gave this a kick. Hubby wants this to be a fall/winter staple for dinner!

THIS POT PIE WAS VERY GOOD. I ALSO DID USE A BOTTOM CRUST TOO. I AM SHARING THIS RECIPE WITH OTHERS. I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE POT PIES BEFORE BUT NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN AS GOOD AS THIS ONE. SUPERB................

I used a bottom crust as well, which made this pie absolutely perfect. It was easy and full of flavor. My fiance is a chicken pot pie fanatic and said it was the best one he has ever tasted! I will definitely be making this dish again and again!

I really enjoyed this dinner because I could make it ahead of time while my son was napping. Everyone loved it and it was very easy to make. I will definitely be making this again!

Very Very good of course I mad it with real cream cheese and a little extra chicken broth to make it more saucey,but I also added onions and celery to the chicken part , really really makes a difference it was great , I have a very picky family and we get tired of eating the same things all the time ( since almost everything I make for the kids has to be chiken) this is a wonderful dish, and you can really be creative and add what you want

Very tasty. I added more chicken broth to the recipe only because we like dishes such as this with a little more sauce. The cheese gave it wonderful flavor. Very easy to fix.
