I was a little skeptical in how this would taste. The recipe picture threw me off. But my hubbie and I both found this one to be a keeper. I cubed up breast tenders. It made prep time a litte quicker. He's already asked for me to make this again.

This came out sort of greyish, wasn't very impressive. If you ask me, I'd say pass on this.

I added some frozen cut green beans as well as the green peppers. Very good in leftovers, too.

I enjoyed this recipe.It was easy to make ,I thought the taste was very good.My husband and children however,did not like it.That is why I won't make it again.

I added the frozen mixed vegetables with the green pepper and onion. My husband called it a keeper.
