Very easy and delcious. Even the kids ate it. I cut the chicken in strips as someone suggested in a previous comment. It was easier to serve the kiddos. Will definetly make again!

Easy -- delicious -- both hubby and myself loved it. I had some garden squash which I cut up and added in and it was a nice addition. Definitely will make again!

I made this recipe and my husband and I loved it. I did subsitute the diced tomatoes for rotell (tomatoes and chili) which made the dish very spicy. We loved it. My 11 year old son did not. Will definately make again. :)

Honestly - this is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have tried it regular and it is brilliant - but my favourite variation of this recipe is using Sausage (out of the casings) and using the Velveta Kraft Deluxe with shells - trust me it is incredible!!!

A very simple, tasty meal. Definitely add some spices when cooking the chicken (we added dried minced onions and chives, garlic powder, salt & pepper). We omitted the peppers, but did add in a bag of frozen mixed veggies. The tomatoes really added a nice taste to the cheese sauce. We'll be making this again!

Add some garlic and other spices when cooking the chicken. I also added some green peas for a one dish meal.
