My family enjoyed this but the macaroni took too long to cook therefore the chicken was over cooked. It took an extra 10 minutes and 1/2 cup of water to cook the pasta. Next time I would cook it seperately.

The only thing I did different was to add some garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. I also doubled the recipe except for the tomatoes. I cooked in a iron dutch oven and even my kids loved it. They all said it is a keeper.

The addition of easy mac was horrible, I would make it again but use macaroni noodles and maybe velveeta cheese.

This was a fine weeknight dinner. Quick and easy and everyone in the family ate it. Nothing to rave about, but not bad either. I skipped the green peppers and added green onions to ensure that it wasn't too spicy for my 3 year old. Not sure if I'll make it again, seeing as we have a mac n cheese w/ beef recipe I prefer.

Much better without the tomatoes. I added a red bell pepper with the green bell pepper instead. Also good with smoked sausage.

Very tasty! I drain the tomatoes because otherwise it becomes watery. Super easy to make.

WOW, it was very good. I tweeked mine by adding chicken broth instead of water and used fire roasted tomatoes and that added alot of flavor. I also added 2 cloves of garlic. My family loved it.
