I made this recipe for my sister's BD dinner and it was so good that my sister got the recipe and made it days later and I made it a 2nd time. For the side dish, I made jasmine coconut rice (cooked in coconut milk) and we ended up putting the chicken over the rice. Make sure that you do not overcook the chicken, so it will be tender. I had a nice salad on the side with oranges, apples, sliced black olives, red onions, zesty itillian dressing and some blue cheese dressing. I left it in the fridge for an hour before serving it over romaine. Yummy dinner!
