This was very good. Yes, the picky husband liked it too. I will make this again.

Pretty good. We used Asian Toasted Sesame instead of Catalina. Very easy to make.

I did not like the Catalina/peanut butter/soy sauce mix. I would use the basic idea of this recipe (meat, veggies, noodles), but use a different sauce.

We LOVED this! I used a bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead of the ones called for. The sauce was tangy and sweet and delicious. We'll be making this again soon!

This recipe is bomb. Super easy to make and it tasted great! I love the sauce; it had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. Definitely try this one, people.

WOW. This recipes is Awesome!!! We thought it was fantastic. The flavor was superb! We tripled the recipe and used crunchy peanut butter along with the halved peanuts and that made for a wonderful crunchiness in every bite. I also added mushrooms into the mix. Instead of adding the veggies to the pasta water I sauteed them w/ soy and teriyaki sauce and set off to the side while preparing the beef. If you like a sweeter taste to your asian dishes you have to try this one out!!!!

My kids liked this and I did too although it was a bit bland for my husband. More peanut butter, lots of garlic and some ginger helped as well as adding red pepper flakes at the table. Easy, fun, great for a weeknight but not 'impressive' for company or anything.

This was delicious. The only thing I would have changed was that I would have added less peanut butter

Made it for myself and substituted chicken in place of beef. would use a little less peanut butter though. i used different veggies and i think it would be very good with zucchini!
