Yum! And the peanuts add a perfect cruncy sweetness. I revised it a little though to fit my family's taste buds (by the way Kraft recipes are PERFECT for using as a genious base, then you can add/omit and tweak it to your own creation.) I simply used a bag of mixed frozen veggies (broccoli, sugarsnap peas, water chestnuts and carrots), and pre-seasoned my meat a little more with ground ginger.
