Have made this time after time and always get raves. I make it with left over grilled chicken breasts and add chopped red onions.

I've made this several times with slight changes - always yummy. Try substituting the veggies with a bag of frozen sliced green peppers and onions; or add a couple dashes of cayenne pepper to give it a kick! This is a fun recipe to play with. I make a side dish of homemade focaccia bread to go with as well.

Very good taste. Great way to squeeze in vegetables for the kids.

It was pretty good---not very soupy though--the noodles soaked up lot of the liquid, however it was quick and easy if thats what your looking for. i might make it again sometime.

This was super fast and easy. I loved it and will continue to make it. Recommend adding additional squashes for a varied flavor

Absolutely loved it! Passed the recipe around to all my friends. Note: When making enough to freeze next time I would consider cooking the pasta separately- it can get gummy.

warm and filling. boyfriend was uneasy about the zuchini, but ate all of it. "you can't even taste it," he said. Great meal all by itself.

We loved it! I doubled everything. Didn't have zucchini so used carrots & muchrooms instead.

This was a very delicious dish! Mine turned out more like a goulash, however, rather than a soup or chowder. I will definitely make it again!
