I made this last night and we all loved it. I used diced tomatoes with oregano and basil instead of stewed tomatoes, and added some extra macaroni and broth. It was delicious! I'll definitely make it again.

I have already made this a couple of times. It is reallt good. Also tastes good reheated. I bought it to work for some ladies to try, and they thought it was good too.

I substituted thinly sliced carrots and frozen peas (amount to your liking) for the zuccini and next time I make it I will use tomato sauce rather than stewed tomatoes. The chowder was great.

My husband is Italian and he liked it . I asked him if he wanted it again and he said yes.

The soup was good, but the stewed tomatoes made it a bit too sweet for me. Next time I'll try half stewed, half diced.
