This is a quick and easy no brainer! I used more macaroni than suggested because my husband and I love macaroni and it turned out superb. My husband asked me to make it again the next day! It's the best vegetable type soup I've ever had!

Very delicious, quick and simple. Will definitely make this one again. Even my husband who is not a fan of zucchini enjoyed it in this dish!

This chowder is really great and a snap to make! I also added 1/2 cup of corn - think it would be good with mini meatballs instead of chicken, too. (Substitute beef broth for the chicken broth.) Very versatile recipe, which I just love!

Very delicious! The only problem with this recipe is that I didn't make enough for leftovers! Next time I will make a double batch. I also think it could use a little more broth to make it more soup-like, but that is a personal choice. Give this a try...it's very good.

Simple and delicious! It has a lot of flavor. I used Asiago cheese instead of Mozzerella.

This was so yummy, and quite easy to prepare for a chowder. My husband ate it for lunch, and then had the rest with his tuna melts for dinner. This is a perfect autumn meal.
