Delicious! Double the recipe.

I made it for the first time and already did some experimenting. Added some chopped onion and celery. Instead of zuchinni, I added some frozen mixed vegetables. Overall, very happy with this recipe. Can easily make substitutions and still have it come out very good.

My family loves this receipe. I use squash and onion instead of zuchinni and it is wonderful. Great as a left over too. During the colder months this is a weekly dish.

I've made this SEVERAL times and I always double the recipe whenever I make it (it goes really fast). My neighborhood supermarket NEVER seem to have any zuchinni, so I use baby carrots (chopped), instead. This is very good!!!

A favorite in our house! Great recipe to play around with. I use beans instead of pasta, also I use diced tomatoes with italian spices already in, and I through in a can of corn! We love this and it comes out great everytime! Be brave with it!!!

This is so good on a chilly winter evening! I made it even easier by cooking everything in the crock pot - just added the pasta for the last 30 minutes.
