I have a large, picky family to feed. I tripled this recipe with no problem and I didn't have any leftovers! It was a huge hit! It was super easy to make and I will make it again and again! I have made it twice, once with the elbow macaroni and once with shells. I do use diced (usually flavored) tomatos with this recipe.
