I absolutely love this recipe! Everyone cheers when I tell them this is our supper. I am a picky eater and was a little leery of the stewed tomatoes. This recipe however has helped me expand my horizons when it comes to tomatoes. I love that it is low fat and filled with veggies. Very tasty.

So easy and healthy. I made this soup when I had company and she raved about it. She said it reminded her of being at the Olive Garden.

This was a super, quick and easy, stew to make. I doubled the recipe to accomodate a family of four (two teenage boys). Everyone loved it! Add salad and crusty bread and you have satisfying meal.

I added some mushrooms that I stir fried and some butter in my individual bowl. This is super quick and easy and tastes wonderful
