My husband and I absolutely LOVED this recipe. I used corn and okra in place of the zucchini. So easy to make and delicious! Will be making again for sure.

The second time I made this dish, I left out the zucchini (not big fans), but added more pasta. I used a whole wheat pasta, which made it an even healthier dish, and very delicious! After reading some of the other reviews, I think I will add kidney beans also.

Very good. I added a few more veggies and used italian diced tomatoes. Also, so that my 4 year old would think of it as "chicken noodle soup" and eat it, I broke up angel hair pasta and used it in place of the elbow macaroni.

THIS WAS VERY GOOD AND QUICK!! I ADDED CHOPPED ONION TO THE CHICKEN WHEN IT WAS COOKING ALSO. THIS WAS MORE LIKE A CASSEROLE THEN A CHOWDER BUT VERY TASTY AND WILL MAKE AGAIN.

We are not big tomato eaters so I ran them thru the food processor to chop them up a bit more. I also used diced tomatoes with Italian herbs all ready in them, wonderful!

Loved it, great recipe for low fat cooking, and easy to make if you are not great in the kitchen.
