I doubled the recipe, but i didn't have enough italian dressing on hand so i used a little of the catalina dressing. (Won't do that next time) I used 1 1/2 cans of stewed tomatoes, 1 cup of black beans, 1 cup of corn and 6 slices of ham. I also added more hot sauce than recommended (3-4 tsps). Even threw in some red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. I cooked a little bit longer b/c mine was a little watery from the tomatoes. It was really good with the brown rice. My sister & I felt great after eating it, good healthy meal, will make again.
