This recipe was delicious. I don't eat pork and omitted the bacon and it was still great. I like things a little spicy, so I added some cayenne pepper for a little extra kick!

It was O.K. Not much flavor.

This meal is not "southwestern." Really, it's more cajun/creole. If that's what your after, then it's not bad. But if you're in the mood for southwestern, don't get your hopes up here.

It was excellent. I did not have ham but used bacon instead.

Wow!!! This was the best dinner that I've had in a while. It was so easy and so yummy!!!! :):):) I didn't add the ham but I added some tomato paste mixed with chicken broth and some green chilis. I also added the whole can of beans and threw in 2 cups of frozen corn. This had such a great flavor to it. I can't wait to make it again. Thanks Kraft

Instead of ham, I put in finely chopped smoked sausage... for a more southern instead of south western take. I also used Light Zesty Italian instead.

I omitted the ham and mixed in the rice. Also made it with left overs and it's great.

I loved this, although I changed it up a bit. Omitted the ham, used light done right dressing and added some corn and a can of tomato paste diluted with chicken broth to make more sauce.
