My whole family really liked these!! I made them on Christmas Eve with a baked ham and they went very well with it. Will definately make again (and again, and again . . .)

Very delicious...however I used evaporated milk instead of the ranch dressing and it still came out great! I would definitely make this again!

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone (all experienced cooks) wanted the recipe. I've been designated to make the mashed potatoes again next year.

Not only was this a wonderful taste sensation during Thanksgiving dinner, they were terrific the following day as the base for potato pancakes !

My family enjoyed this for Thanksgiving but I prefer the original salt and butter the best.
