WOW!!! I always thought these cookies were going to be too much work. WRONG! So easy and SOOOO good. My husband and I LOVE them, they are now a Christmas tradition. I am even making them for my cookie exchange this week.

I am a splenda user and this cookies are just as good with it and sugar free jam!!! Used regular cheam cheese and not fat free. They are wonderful will make again this year for my baskets

Excellent recipe! I've made it every year at Christmas for 2 years and they are always a huge hit! I'm stingy with the recipe though! I use strawberry preserves and orange marmalade. DELICIOUS!
