Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

My family loved this recipe. It seemed a little boring, so I added diced onion when browning the chicken, and then added black beans to the mixture with the soup before adding them to the tortillas to bake. It was even good reheated. I will make this recipe again!

I loved it. But it is way too fattening even with reducing to lower fat cheese. What else could we do?

I browned the chicken first with a little bit of oil and taco seasoning. I also added a little bit of taco seasoning, cumin, and 1/3 c. sour cream to the cream of chicken soup/chicken mix. It was delicious-- my husband loved it!

adding green chili's to this recipe made it even better!

Very good! You can make it even easier by layering it in a casserole (like lasagna) instead of rolling the tortillas. I like using the Rotele tomatoes, but for those that aren't tomato fans, a can of chopped green chiles works great!

My family loved this. We did it with what we had on had. I only had a lg can of cream of chicken so my daughter decided to put half in the mix and the other half on top, and to put the can of chilli in with the chicken instead. It was easy, and tasted great!!!

My Husband found this recipe in my recipe box and decided to surprise me with dinner one night. He thought that it looked easy enough for him who can barely make spaghetti dinner. Turned out so good that I immediately asked when he would cook dinner again. He was so pleased that it turned out so well since he didn't feel that he knew what he was doing. This recipe is now on my top 10 things to make! For picky eaters - use the blender to mix the ingredients - it makes it smooth and yummy!

My husband is normally the cook in our house. I made this and now it is a family favorite. I made one slight adjustment. I used Rotel instead of Mexican stewed tomatoes. We love it!

I'd probably add just a little spice to the filling and a little less tomato on top. The filling tasted pretty bland when I had bites without tomatoes. Other than that, it was easy and overall tasted great!
