I didn't use the reduced sodium soup when I made it but definitely would if I make it again. It is way too salty if you don't. Otherwise it was an easy recipe (especially if you use the prepackaged chicken) and there were no leftovers.

My family enjoyed this dish, it tasted very good. I made it with the stewed tomatoes, which turned the enchiladas very soggy, next time I'll try the chili. I seved it along side the refried beans supreme also from this website, delicious.

I've made this for years with a slight difference. I mix the soup, chicken, & cheese with green chilies. Then I layer the tortillas in the pan, spooning the mix between layers. After it's done cooking, I cut it in squares. As a Mom of 10, I don't have the time to make individual enchiladas.

This is one my kids will not even believe. My daughter really does not like Mexican food. But she will love this one. Thank you, I will even get her to help. I will let her know afterwards. Thanks again.

My family loved this recipe. I used chili with no beans and also replaced the flour tortillas with whole wheat, low carb tortillas. My children never even noticed the difference and it tasted great. I have definitely found my favorite enchilada recipe!
