This was Soooooo easy! I made half of the batch with green chili added and the other without. It was perfect for the whole family. This would be so easy to bring in for a potluck

I have made this recipe several times. What I like about it is the fact that you can spice it up or down. My grown daughter and grand daughter loved it also.

I make this all the time and LOVE it! I usually make it for guest as well, and I get great comments. I use my husbands new favorite salsa (Peach Pineapple Chipotle) instead of the stewed tomatoes, and it's awesome! I also use canned chicken breast.

I loved it! Ithrew enchilada sauce from a can over the top with the stewed tomatos and it was really good!

Since I didn't want to heat the oven, I mixed the chicken, soup and tomatoes and heated in a sauce pan and put the mixture with cheese into tortillia shells. Yum!

I added chilis and ripe sliced olives to the mixture. Really gave it a nice kick and great flavor.
