When I make the recipe, I will use fresh tomatoes and peppers to cut way back on salt.

This was great! For added kick, I used Pepperjack Soup instead. I also used Kraft 2% milkfat cheddar cheese to cut down the fat a little. Definitely spray your pan first! I put down foil, then sprayed that. My husband REALLY loved this, and he's kinda picky ;)

Another excellent and easy meal! I added chopped green onions and topped with sour cream. My family said this recipe is definitely a keeper.

Added sauteed onion and garlic to soup for extra flavor. Also added some cheese to soup filling. Used a jar of enchillada sauce I had on hand instead of stewed tomatoes. No leftovers from this recipe!

Was a great change from ground beef or beans. I did add some taco seasoning to the cheez & chicken mixture for an extra kick & it was great! Quick Tip for you busy moms out there, buy a store made rotisserie chicken from your deli, use half of chicken meat for this recipe and other half for another recipe, makes it cost efficient as well as easy!

This was wonderful. My in-laws loved it as well. Very easy which is a plus for me since I have two small children. I am looking for new things that don't require a lot of time to prepare and this was a hit. I will be making this again.

I added oregano and cumin to the soup, and canned green chilies to the tomatoes.

We loved it and it was very easy to prepare. I purchased a Roasted Chicken from the supermarket and this made it much more enjoyable to prepare. Also, I have enough chicken leftover to prepare another dish.

To the lady that suggested some mexican seasoning....what mexican seasoning would you suggest before I make this...I agree just reading it, it needs something to zing the chicken soup and cheese....do not think tomatoes or salsa is enough..advise...Cheryl
