Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

These were good. my kids liked them. I thought they were a little bland.

Corn tortillas are better for this. they turn out crunchy not mushy.

After reading the previous comments I decided to cook the chicken in a lot of garlic and then when I put it all together I put the tomatoes right inside the enchilada. Turned out pretty good.

Easy but tasty.

I guess I should have read the comments before I made this. I agree it is bland, heck I even put salsa on top and still didn't help favor inside.

I used canned chicken and my boyfriend loved it! Especially the green chiles. I put in more than the recipe called for and it gave it the kick it needed.

It is a little on the bland side if you follow the directions given. But each time I make this, I try something different. Instead of cream of chicken, try chicken verde, or use plain chicken, and add a taco seasoning packet. I make this all the time because it's super easy and I can usually scrape up all the ingredients. Mix it up, and I bet you'll love it!

It was alittle bland !! It was so horrible that i wouldn't eat it again ! But i was not happy with it ! If you're looking for a GREAT chicken recipe, try the " maple baked chicken " !! It was AMAZING !!!!! The sauce is superb :)

This was an easy recipe. I liked it because all the ingredience I keep on hand all the time. It was a faster way to make enchiladas. My family liked them. They also were good the next day for left overs.
