Yum! My daughter has even asked to make this a once a week meal! This is a great meal, and very filling. I served them with a small side salad. Delicious.

I thought it might be dry so I used a packaged Enchilada mix with water in place of tomatoes and poured it over the Enchiladas. Very good and filling.

Added, a 6 oz. can of chopped green chiles to the chicken/soup mix and served with a garnish of salsa and a dollop of sour creme. It was a HIT! Husband asked me when I was planning on making it again!

Great, rich and creamy. Sometimes I add corn, peppers and onions to the cooking chicken to get our veggies in too. Great recipe to take to someone who just had a baby and might be overwhelmed with lasagna!

We liked this! Next time, we'll add some chili powder to it to spice it up.

I made this recipe and my husband and I loved it! I added taco seasoning and a bit of cheese to the chicken mixture to spice it up a bit. I also added some taco seasoning to the tomatoes because my grocer did not carry the kind the recipe called for. Enjoy this one!
