This was a great quick recipe. I took the suggestion and added taco seasoning to the filling. It really did spice things up. I even called my sister to share the recipe with her!

This was great. I added the tomatos right before we ate for a fresher taste. I also made a double batch for later. It was easy to make and then freeze and cook later.

My family loved this, it was great! Fast and easy. I added 1 can of green chilies and used enchilada sauce and mexican cheese.

I substituted Campbell's Southwest Style Pepper Jack condensed soup for the cream of chicken soup for added flavor. Good dish and easy to make.

I thought it was ok, but my boyfriend hated it. We are chicken lovers, and chicken is all I eat, no beef, so this was a disappointment.

I altered this slightly to conform to my family's taste and they loved it!! Added garlic to the chicken. Heated the chicken and soup in a saute pan and added some cheese. Substituted salsa for the tomatoes and sprinkled a little tabasco over it. The dolop of sour cream added the final touch. I recommend it as a quick, easy, tasty meal!!

I made this last night & it was excellent. Super easy recipe & great taste. The stewed tomatoes tasted much better than a regular enchilada "sauce". Loved it!
